Wardrobe change...I like to change clothes a couple times a day now because of drool and spit up!
Walker is now eating oatmeal cereal at his 6 AM feeding and his 6 PM feeding in addition to his bottle. So he now eats breakfast and dinner! :) Next week we will start a lunch cereal feeding and then it's off to veggies, meat and fruit! When Walker eats, he is 100% boy! Check these pics out from his first feeding!First bite ever of cereal!

Deciding if he likes it!
As you can tell, he's content at the end of his dinner!
Another new activity for Walker is his jumperoo! At first, we needed to put some books underneath him for him to be able to reach. In a week's time he either grew a half inch, or the jumperoo stretched out enough for him to not need the books anymore. The first few times he was in the jumperoo, he only lasted 5 or 10 minutes. Now, he loves to watch Disney or talk to me while I'm getting ready in the mornings.
As I have posted before, Walker LOVES Mickey! Well....his addiction continues, except now, he prefers to watch Mickey sitting up! It is kind of scary that he is getting so close to sitting unassisted. He can sit up for about 5 or so minutes before he face plants, but we think that's pretty good for a four month old! :) I have only been able to capture this on my phone, so the resolution is not the best.
The scary thing for me is when I put him in his bouncer seat, he now thinks he should sit up like this rather than lay back reclined. Now for the biggest milestone of all......Walker can ROLL OVER from his tummy to his back on a regular basis. :) He is not fond of being on his tummy so I predict that he won't want to go from his back to his tummy anytime soon. Hopefully, since we have started baby food, his reflux will allow him to enjoy his tummy more and more. I captured the rolling over on video. Please excuse the mommy voice! (Remember to turn the music player off down at the bottom or you will hear both at the same time!)
Today while Walker was playing during his waketime, he got his first boo boo! Walker didn't get upset or anything, so I didn't discover his boo boo until I was holding him for his 2 PM bottle. I had his jumperoo in the kitchen, while I helped my sister with some of her homework for school. Check out his boo boo....
The skin on his big toe disappeared!!! :(
These are the culprits from his injury! His jumperoo and our tile floor!
I have learned today that when in the jumperoo on the tile floor, DON'T take off Walker's socks! As a mommy, I thought he would be able to get better traction without the socks on. He did....he jumped like he has never jumped before today. Unfortunately, he has tender baby skin. The boo boo was fixed with a little neosporin and some sugars! Walker did get to snuggle with his Aunt Shannon since she was here when the boo boo occurred. They took a portrait together.
Walker Reagan--
This summer has been amazing! You are truly a gift. This summer you have taught me patience and the true meaning of relaxation. Relaxation is something that does not come easy to me. But spending time with you, I have learned to enjoy every moment of every day. I don't look forward to going back to work because I won't be able to be with you as often, but I do know that you will enjoy Ms. Kim's even more since you are older. She will LOVE your personality!!!
I love you W! ~Mommy~
